Graduating Class Gift Program Results Promotion

Once you have completed your graduating class gift program for this year, you have an opportunity to promote the successful results of the class effort as well as philanthropic support form all constituents.  Arrange to have a photographer to take a photo of the Graduating Class Gift Committee with the Co-Chairs holding a sign with the participation rate they achieved.  The photo should be included with an article about the program in the annual alumni publication.  You can also use the photo to create a postcard with a caption telling what the class of 20XX achieved.  Mail it as a thank you card to all of the alumni donors for that fiscal year.  Use the photo on your website to promote the program – getting next year’s graduating class psyched up to beat the participation rate!
