Graduating Class Gift Program Communications and Forms

Modules # 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 include sample web documents to inform, motivate and recognize donor participation in the class gift program.  These materials encourage a three year pledge with the first payment not due until the first year after graduation.  The three year pledge payments have the potential to build a habit of annual giving in the school’s newest alumni.  If the donor prefers to make an outright gift instead, outright gifts are appreciated for overall participation too.

Use the sample documents in modules 5 through 10 to set up your website, FAQ page, FAQ game, pledge/gift page, e-mail solicitation, and Gift Participation recognition page.  Obviously any of these documents can be replicated as pamphlets or poster signs.
